Experienced Motor Claims Negotiator dealing with all non Personal Injury claims.

First Central is a motor insurance company providing customers with policy and claims handling services. Regulated by the FSA, their aim is to sell profitable general insurance products and successfully meet the needs of policyholders, shareholders and employees.



Currently undergoing an expansion plan, they are recruiting for four experienced motor claims negotiators. You will be involved in all aspects of motor claims handling, where you will deal with claims from first notification to settlement. Cases will involve all motor claims excluding personal injury. You will deal with total losses, fire and theft, accidental damage, credit hire and litigation claims. You will negotiate with all parties involved including third party insurers, garages and policyholders.

Applicants must have recent experience of handling motor insurance claims from cradle to grave. You must have strong knowledge of all aspects of claims including accidental damage, third party, total losses and credit hire. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
