The Client
Supplying insurance services to a range of businesses, our client specialise in supplying a bespoke service from product to inception to a new and existing customer base. An established, successful and growing employer, our client are looking for an experienced sales person with a strong motor insurance background to join their existing sales team.
Responsibilities
• Achieve targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as set out by your line manager
• Ensure these targets are seen as a minimum and that all efforts are made to exceed these
• Report directly to your line manager on your sales and conversion rates
• Utilise your personal expereince to lead from the front and be seen as a vital member of a successful team
• Appropriately follow and adhere to legislative requirements
• Carry out duties as required by the business to ensure best practice
Experience required
• Telephone based sales experience
• An insurance background with a focus on motor
• Inbound `sales through service’ or strong customer service experience
• Knowledge and understadning of working to targets
• A stable CV and loyal background desirable
• Resilient and motivated by the rewards of achieving targets is essential
• A positive and motivational character
• Professional in approach, and a proven consistent perfomer
Rewards

• Monday – Friday business hours
• Pays a healthy basic of up to £17,000 + commission for an OTE of £30,000
