Motor and Casualty claims Team Leader: A well established legal firm in Liverpool are seeking a Motor and Casualty claims Team Leader to drive the performance and productivity of the team within the Liverpool office. The successful candidate will ensure a quality service and productivity levels of the team are maintained to a high standard which include KPI's and SLA's. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of leading a team and have a good technical knowledge of motor and/or casualty claims.
Motor and Casualty claims Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high performance and productivity of team.
- Maintain monthly performance records.
- Ensure delivery of KPI's and SLA's.
- Undertake projects and deliver within agreed timescales.
Motor and Casualty claims Team Leader - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience leading a team within a legal sector.
- Good technical knowledge of motor and/or casualty claims.
- Competent use of various IT packages.
