Movex M3 Support Technician - Luton based with International travel.
My client is looking to recruit two Movex M3 Support Technicians, to provide 2nd line support on business processes/application software, escalating where necessary, to resolve user issues within predefined SLAs and to follow up calls logged with 3rd parties to ensure speedy resolution.
For consideration you should have previous M3 support experience, be able to keep up with changes with the solution, and be able to develop a close working relationship with other team members in order to provide an exceptional service.
