NRG are currently recruiting a Multi Lingual Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Teesside. Applicants must be able to speak English and Italian with either French or Spanish as a third language to level 4 The Role: To provide highly efficient, service orientated order fulfillment process, Internal and external sales, order acceptance, transportation booking/scheduling, shipment documentation provision and invoice processing. Duties Complete order process from receipt through to dispatch, invoice using standard SAP Respond to customer queries; order status, amendments. Monitor customer account/status, resolving problems e.g credit blocks, delivery issues. Control Delivery process within SAP, associated documentation for goods dispatch, booking transportation in line with site through to agreed lead times and internal HSSC guidelines Ensure all processed dispatches are ready for billing and system housekeeping is up to date. Essential Skills Languages: English, Italian with either French or Spanish Requirements Complete secondary school education Diploma or equivalent qualification in related subject (or demonstrated skills) e.g Business Administration or International Trade Exceptional telephone customer service skills and a clear verbal communicator Understanding of marketing and sales strategy relating to order fulfillment process Knowledge of forecasting, product sourcing, production, planning/constraints, allocation and the practical impact on delivery times and service In depth knowledge of relevant areas of SAP SD module coupled with IT/PC literacy, specifically, spreadsheets word process and Lotus Notes Salary £22,300 to £27,900 Ref: NFLANG1 |
