Position Description
Great move for an experienced Multi Site Manager / Cluster Manager / Area Manager to join SSP UK.Join us as an Mulit Unit Manager / Cluster Manager / Area Manager and you'll be overseeing up to 12 sites, with up to 8 different brands, working closely with the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities will include training and coaching the Unit Managers, developing workable systems to maintain excellent service standards, and ensuring that the Profit and Loss is reaching potential.
Required Experience
For the Multi Site Manager / Cluster Manager / Operations Manager role, we are ideally looking for someone from a retail catering background. As an inspirational manager already, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team of Unit Managers to deliver financial, service and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast paced environments around.As a Multi Site Manager / Cluster Manager / Operations Manager you will have responsibility for a number of sites, normally based at one station. You MUST have experience of managing one large retail catering or liscenced retail site or already be a multi unit manager with full P+L accountability. As a manager of managers, you will be accountable for the sales and people targets, for delivering outstanding excellent customer service and ensuring the brand/s you are responsible for deliver consistent growth in a challenging economic environment.
