This successful Recruitment Company was established almost 10 years ago and specialises in the supply of Engineering and IT staff across the UK, having steadily built a strong and respected market presence over a decade. The group reports a turnover approaching £30M over their 2 Southern locations, and they are currently offering the opportunity for experienced consultants to join their established team in Reading during an exciting time of expansion.
As a business development consultant your focus will be split with 80% on winning business and liaising with key clients in order to maximise sales, with 20% of your time spent generating candidates, making placements and assisting the consultants.Covering the Engineering sector your first year will be spent laying foundations, building relationships with key players in the industry and driving business forward.Fully autonomous role.
As an established recruiter you will ideally have 3-4 years experience within the Engineering sector, with proven business development skills and an exceptional track record.You will be professional, articulate and charismatic, with a real flair for developing relationships as well as a solid work ethic and a hunger to earn serious money.You will receive ongoing training and development, with real scope to progress within an established company who boast high staff retention and offer employees a great work/life balance as well as other benefits and the chance to earn unrivalled commission.
