Business Development Manager required who will play a key part in the UK expansion programme by leading inspiring and developing their own team. You will need to be ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated and determined. Your background should be in general management, training, healthcare, sales, recruitment or HR. However, personal qualities such as drive and ambition, your ability to be coached and your people skills are as important as previous experience.
