RobertHalf Management Resources are recruiting for an Interim Group Operations Director for a West Midlands NHS Trust
The Role The Group Operations Director will be responsible for operational management across the group, ensuring that business processes are in place and local and national performance outcomes are delivered. You will be responsible for the clinical, operational and performance of the Group, including the achievement of all locally agreed and national performance targets and ensure clear lines of accountability, robust performance management systems, including mandatory training compliance systems are adhered to, for all staff across the Group.The ideal candidate will ensure that the Group has a clear business strategy, annual planning and strong and effective financial and workforce plans in place and regularly monitor outcomes of these.Making sure there are robust financial planning systems across the Group with delivery of cost improvement programmes and strong and effective management of operational budgets. You will need to engage with primary care, social services and other external agencies to ensure an integrated health economy approach and monitor regularly audit progress against Trust and national targets of performance and implement adjustments where appropriate.You will work with the Trust's Transformation team to deliver transformation strategies and plans with clear and tangible results.
