Our client is a global leader within the telecoms industry and is currently looking for an experienced manager to work within their Operations Centre (NMC/NOC) on a 24/7 shift basis.

The successful applicant will already have proven success in an OCM (operations centre manager) role and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Your key responsibilities will be:
* Ensure all faults are managed effectively according to WLA/SLA requirements by whole of Service Operations. (including: RAN Operations, Billing and CRM)
* Accountable for performance of Service Operations team during hours of duty.
* Coach, mentor and train shift team members and perform individual appraisals.
* Ensure escalations from rest of Service Operations, other staff and customers are dealt with appropriately.
* Perform a lead role in developing and maintaining Service Operations processes and procedures.
* Ensure all incident and service reporting produced by the team is delivered accurately and on time.
