If you are working in within the Automotive / Motor Sector and are looking for a fresh challenge then my client would be interested in hearing from you as they continue to invest within the company.
They are currently embarking on an expansion programme and the need has arisen for a Vocational Coach / NVQ Assessor within this sector to join this progressive and growing International Training Company.
This role will allow you to be Home Based within the South of England.
You may already be working in this capacity but this opportunity would also suit someone who may be working as a Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor / Parts Dealership Supervisor / Manager who is looking for a career change.
NVQ ASSESSOR - AUTOMOTIVE / AUTOMOTIVE VOCATIONAL COACH / PARTS MANAGER / MOTOR ASSESSOR / SERVICE MANAGER
- The Successful Candidate will Coach, assess and maintain the learners to enable them to achieve their NVQ qualification and work based learning framework
- A proven track record within your chosen field
- Ideally you will have experience of working within the Automotive Sector together with a background of working within Parts as a Manager or Supervisor if you are not working as an assessor currently.
- With all positions with this organisation development is Key so if you don’t currently have A1, D32/D33 qualification but you have experience within the field then get in touch.
For the Successful Candidate there are major opportunities to grow within the role as you will join the Operations team that consists of Regional Manager, Area Managers, Coordinators, Specialist trainers and Vocational Coaches. The 11 regions cover the whole of the UK with plenty of opportunities for internal promotion which Our Client believes very strongly in.
