NVQ Assessor
We are currently seeking a qualified internal verifier with A1 or D32/D33 certification who will support the development, implementation and delivery of Apprenticeships and NVQs to Barchester Healthcare staff in the East Anglia region.
Key tasks:
- Manage the overall learning process for individual learners within Apprenticeship and NVQ programmes.
- Ensure initial assessment of all new/prospective learners is undertaken, induction process is followed for all learners joining a programme, learner progress is reviewed and recorded in line with Barchester Healthcare centre polices and procedures.
- Attend required CPD and training events.
- Provide training and support in all homes with an identified need as necessary.
- Ensures all Centre documentation is completed and forwarded to the Centre Administrator for registration and accreditation with the Awarding Body, within the agreed timescales.
- Undertake internal verification as agreed with Principal IV and in accordance with V1 standards, maintains and submits to Principal IV monthly, accurate and sufficient tracking records of learners progress.
- Training and inducting new assessors into Centre processes and A1 standards.
- Disseminates information from Awarding Bodies and LSC as appropriate, undertakes self-assessment, monitoring and evaluation activities as required by LSC Contracts Manager.
