You will also be responsible for:
- Manage mobile teams all over the country carrying out M&E maintenance
- Full P&L responsibility of all project works and costs involved
- Looking after the project management teams for commercial building maintenance
- Health and Safety on site
- Sourcing potential sub-contractors
- Organising of planned and reactive maintenance on a daily basis
- The role will involve extensive travel around the country to ensure clients are satisfied with work carried out and to continue to build the contract orders
The ideal candidate for this position will be ambitious and looking to help grow and shape the operations of the business and come with the following experience:
-An ambitious National Operations Manager with Maintenance experience from an M&E background
-P&L responsibility
-Proven track record of running operations profitably
-Must have a proven track record of organising contractors around the country successfully
-Experience of commercial maintenance project is required
-Either a Mechanical or Electrical background
-Preferably based in the Midlands but will report in to various offices around the country project dependent
-Must hold a full and current driving license
A division of a group of companies with maintenance projects across the UK for commercial and leisure clients
Salary from £45,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
