Duties will include:
Reviewing accounts to determine the best possible action
Contacting customers, negotiating in a proactive yet polite and supportive manner to obtain payment promises from debtors on behalf of the company’s clients
Following up on payment promises to secure on-going arrangements, re-negotiating with debtors who have broken payment plans
Suitable candidates will have excellent communication and influencing skills, be highly motivated and target driven and have the ability to anticipate and resolve problems. Good IT skills, excellent telephone manner and real team spirit are essential.
