looking to recruit an experienced .Net or SQL Server Development Team Leader with full lifecycle development experience, to
manage the ongoing operations of email marketing business.
The position will require the .Net Development / SQL
Server Development Team Leader to
undertake a mixture of hands on development, Business Analysis and Project Management
responsibilities to include:
·Undertake
challenging development work in ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2005, SSIS, SSRS, BI
·Managing development teams in C#, VB.Net,
ASP.Net, Perl, PHP, T-SQL project delivery
·Dealing with stakeholders from both the business
and technical side
·Engage with key stakeholders, working client
side to define business requirements
·Translate commercial and business requirements
into defined functional deliverables
·Ensuring all technical deliverables are met
across multiple projects simultaneously
·Effective management of internal and external
teams, both technical and non-technical
·Managing development teams in C#, VB.Net,
ASP.Net, Perl, PHP, T-SQL project delivery
·Provide technical guidance in SQL Server
(database design techniques), and become familiar with Load Balancing, DNS
Configuration, Routing protocols, Windows / Linux Admin, Apache and IIS admin
Projects typically run for 3 months, however they can be
as short as 1 week and run occasionally to 12 months. Some European travel will
be required so a flexible approach to working abroad is essential – this could
be a day or two up to 1 week at a time.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to
demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Email / Digital / Online Marketing
Industry and possess a strong technical / business analysis background.
