An excellent opportunity to further your business development and marketing skills has arisen with this UK based employee benefits consultancy. The role will be to manage the bid process from initial enquiries through to preparing the final pitch.
On a daily basis this will involve coordinating initial meetings to agree teams and timescales and developing and writing winning propositions. You will liaise with the design team to create a final proposal document and will coach teams and manage the pitch process. You will have a number of projects going on at any one time.
To apply you will have previous experience of pitches and tendering within Pensions, Employee Benefits or Actuarial. You will have a good understanding of the bid process from start to finish and will be able to manage several tenders at any one time. You will have superb communication skills both verbally and in writing and will be able to interact easily with other areas of the business.
