New Business Development Manager (Data Security Software Sales)

Our client is a market-leading Global software organization who are now looking to expand their successful sales team by recruiting a high performing new business sales development manager. With exceptional growth year on year, this specialist vendor is considered the number one security software solution provider in the market. Through many years of working with IT Recyclers and the Public Sector, the company now wants to expand on current Corporate Business. The company has an unrivalled reputation for quality and innovation within the industry.

The company boasts an excellent corporate culture and offers a fantastic opportunity to earn commission. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing key relationships with the clients that you develop. You will be expected to play an integral role in the company’s continuing success by increasing market share and forging lucrative new business relationships.

To be successful you will need more than anything to be a tenacious, motivated and professional new business sales person with a proven track record of winning new business for technology solutions into the corporate sector. You will preferably have a successful history of key wins in the Data Security Software market, however this is not essential. Experience of dealing within the ‘square mile’ within the financial and law sectors would be considered a major plus for this role. A degree education would be ideal, however, a quality and mature sales approach is more important for applicants.

You will be rewarded with one of the most competitive commission systems in the market and an uncapped OTE. Initial overseas training will be provided due to the technical depth of the product sale, and the correct candidate must be able to construct a professional sales approach. You should expect to be field based for approximately half of your time.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years experience of new business software/technology sales, with a list of well developed client relationships in place.
