£40,000 basic, £20,000 commission plus company car

The Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business within a specific market.
The successful New Business Development Manager will be targeted with developing and growing new business sales, prospecting for new business, opening doors, attending client meetings, growing pipeline and increasing the position of the company in the market.
Principally you will be targeted to achieve and exceed a sales booking number in line with targets. Be responsible for selling company products in a consultative way. Developing individual sales plans in line with team targets.
The Candidate:
The successful Business Development Manager will come from a technical sales background and you will have experience selling networks and telephony, video conferencing, audio and av solutions and interactive whiteboards into the education or corporate markets.
