My client is currently based in Leicestershire, providing web design, ecommerce, digital comms, web hosting and online PR to an impressive portfolio of SMEs throughout the Midlands. They have aggressive growth plans for 2010 and are looking to open a series of satellite offices throughout the UK.
The role I am recruiting for them currently is that of New Business Account Executive. The role will be based from Leicester initially with the potential to move to a new site in Birmingham in 2010.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
-Proactive management of multiple existing accounts
-Ensuring timely delivery of projects
-Providing fast and effective solutions to problems
-All administration and budget management for projects
-Assisting in the creative input of projects
-Selling additional services and products to existing and new clients
-Identifying new opportunities and leads
The level of position requires a candidate who is confident in both telephone and face to face client management. Sales experience is preferable and ideally experience within a design/digital/new media agency.
