Our client, a growing city centre blue chip organisation are looking to add a team of 12 customer service advisors to their Manchester office, to start on January 12th 2010, in order to fuel ongoing expansion.
Responsible for speaking to existing customers, candidates will be expected to provide the highest levels of customer service, ensuring every customer finishes the call feeling happy about the way they have been treated.
