Night Shift Document Production Operator / Desktop Publisher
Large City Law Firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Production Specialist/Desktop Publishing Operator to work within their busy Document Centre on the Night Shift on an initially 8 month contract. The over night hours for this position will be 01:30 – 09:00 Sunday to Thursday working 5 nights per week on a full time basis. This new position will be working in the firm’s central document unit, and the role will involve working on the creation, amendment and reformatting of large Legal documents, pitches, tenders, and other marketing collateral and documents the Firm produce. This role will also involve the advanced and continuous use of PowerPoint and Excel to create complex PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts and graphics. This firm is looking for a highly skilled, personable and flexible candidate who will be able to commit to the initial 6 – 8 month contract. The ideal candidate would have worked within a similar role, preferably working within a Legal, Banking or Professional Services Company. Salary: £39,000 – £42,000
