Our client, based in Dublin, is the global leader of documents related solutions products and services and is looking for a Norwegian and Swedish fluent speaker to work as a Hardware Support Specialist.
Main responsibilities:
*Provide support to Norwegian, Swedish & English speaking customers, field engineers and business partners for escalated Hardware issues
*Coaching and Training team members to ensure they meet their operational objectives.
*Solve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, resulting in call avoidance and a high level of customer satisfaction
*Project-based activities are required to manage product performance, feedback to the factory, and to improve the team's and specialist's knowledge.
Skills required:
* Fluency in English, Norwegian & Swedish
* Minimum of 1 year working as a Technical Support Agent.
* A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals (PC hardware, Printer languages, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols, etc).
* Strongly self-motivated to learn new skills to fulfil basic position requirements, to become expert in the position over an extended period of time, and to progress within the organisation.
* Able to be self-aware and conscientious of meeting all personal, team, & organisation metric targets.
* Excellent team player with a committed approach to teamwork and customer responsibilities.
