Our
client, a large international company, is seeking to recruit Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their office in Belfast
The
Job Role
Responsibilities
will include
- Receiving inbound
calls from customers and overcome issues to avoid customer cancellations.
- Providing customers
with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.
- Providing advanced
services to customers
- Provides a precise
response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive
customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality responses
- Designing offers to
save customers that align with company revenue models and cancellation
policies.
- Works effectively
with other team members to provide support for external and internal
customers.
- Focuses on retaining
the customer by identifying trends in customer issues and providing
resolutions.
- Documents customer
requests, resolutions to customer issues, and negotiations with Customers
in a clear and concise fashion.
- Is proactive and
innovative to ensure that systems and processes are effective.
- Makes a small
percentage of outbound calling and telesales to retain customers
- Proactively seeks
feedback on ways to improve personal performance
- Takes ownership to
ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with
the customer
- Takes part in, and
encourages active participation in team discussion activities and focus
groups
- Assists team leader
in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality reports
The
Candidate
Essential
Criteria:
- Fluent in written
and spoken Norwegian
- Fluency in written
and spoken English
- At least 6 months
previous experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in
Microsoft Office and Internet
- Demonstrates
experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in
achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in
generating team morale
- Ability to
multitask, plan and prioritise workload
- Excellent
communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrates
resilience and ability to work on own initiative
- Demonstrates problem
solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrates
ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
Desirable
Criteria:
- Knowledge of
software, wireless routers and computer networks.
- Experience in a 2nd
language
- 12 Months experience
in Customer Service
- Experience in
Translating documents
- Sales Experience

£14 - £16,000 depending on Experience
