We are looking for a Registered Manager with a nursing qualification to
work with one of the leading care providers within the UK. It is a
company that provides excellent prospects and career progression.
You will need to have experience working with older people, providing nursing and residential care for 80 Residents. Experience working within a residential setting is essential.
Your duties will include
- To be responsible for, and influence the
assessment, planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of evidence
based nursing care
- To contribute to the development and enhancement
of care by actively participating in standard setting, policy development and
clinical audit in accordance with the local and National guidance
- Maintain own standards of conduct and practice
in accordance with NMC code of professional conduct
- Develop the clinical care skills of all staff and provide a framework for
supervision and clinical line management
- Lead specialist clinical care through own practice and networking with other
local and national agencies and clinicians
- To have overall responsibility of the units financial restraints and to remain within those
- Writing of care plans and ensuring that those are adhered to at all times
