Eclypse Recruitment, your Health & Social Care Recruitment Specialists. We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for an Elderly Nursing Home Manager in Gloucestershire.
We are currently working on behalf of a nursing home provider organisation that is looking to recruit a talented and passionate Deputy Home Manager. The home they are recruiting for is a large nursing home; it is a new build property so is it is a lovely and modern environment to work in. The home is predominantly elderly frail nursing and so will require someone who is a qualified general nurse.
The home has a successful and strong home manager in place who is looking for a strong clinical deputy home manager to work along side them as a strong management team to really push the home forward and be able to make this new build nursing home a real success.
Previous experience should be relevant to a nursing home and if you have been a senior nurse, unit manager or are currently working as a deputy home manager you will be considered for this role.
You must be a RGN, registered general nurse with some supervisory or management experience and be focused and passionate about high care standards for the elderly.
Salary for this role is £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, dependent upon experience. This is equivalent to £27,300 for this deputy home management role in Gloucestershire.
