We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Nursing Recruitment Consultant to take over a busy temp’s desk for a leading Healthcare Recruitment Agency in Central London.
Due to consultants relocation you will be taking over an immediate desk placing Healthcare Nurses of all backgrounds into major Public and Private Sector Organizations across the UK.As well as managing several NHS Accounts, you will inherit a busy book that is currently running 22 Nursing Staff, including Theatre Nurses, General and Healthcare Nurses and midwifery.
Based on Regent Street, you will be joining a team the temps nursing team of 4 where you will be working initially alongside the companies top billing consultant.You will be given one to one training as you grow your business, with quick opportunity to progress to team leader.You can expect a vibrant and dynamic environment where 25 consultants thrive in a social and competitive open plan office.With ambitious expansion plans in place there is every opportunity to progress to team leader after your first 12 months.
Basic salaries range between 25 – 30K, the commission structure starts at 10% with no threshold and includes monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses. Other perks include 9 – 5 working hours, stakeholder pension scheme, childcare vouchers, excellent career progression and the realistic earning potential to make in excess of £60,000 year 1.
