To be considered for this role you may either come from a corporate background specialising in OD, Talent Management and / or Learning and Development, or come from an external consultancy background for example practicing as an Occupational Psychologist.
OD Consultant (Talent Management / Learning and Development) - London - Job Role
As part of the Group OD function this role entails assisting in the design and delivery of a range of complex OD projects focusing on the following key areas. As such you must have a detailed working knowledge of one or more them:
* Talent Management
* Leadership and Management Development
* Assessment and Selection
* Succession Planning and Performance Management
* Employee Engagement
This is a very business facing role where you will be engaging with a wide array of stakeholders including the executive board. Consequently you will need to demonstrate high levels of gravitas combined with exceptional communication and influencing skills. In addition, due to the project focused nature of this role it is essential that you can demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in line with the expectations of the business.
