Our client is a leading, global organisation that requires an OD expert to support the HR transformation programme by providing global design and implementation guidance and feedback. You will support the regions in developing their HR organisation strategies & finalise detailed design & target setting. This is a challenging & highly visible role and will be critical in improving employee engagement & business performance.
Essential knowledge & experience:
Corporate level experience
Commercial awareness
Extensive HR Transformation experience is critical
Strong Organisation Design background
Business change project management and planning
In-house corporate experience or client side Consultancy experience
Experience of working in an international, matrix environment
Senior stakeholder management skills
Exceptional influencing, negotiating and communication skills
Political awareness
