JOB TITLE - OFFICE MANAGER & DESIGN TEAM COORDINATOR
LOCATION - BALHAM SW12 UNITED KINGDOM
PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION
SALARY / WAGE -£25 K – £30 KBASED UPON EXPERIENCE
Job Description – Diverse Office Manager who can be a wearer of many hats!
All aspects of day to day office management - filing (hard copy and electronic), professional insurance and membership due diligence, liaison with landlords, bills, utilities, etc.
To act as personal assistant to the two principal directors – diary management, expenses and correspondence
General administrative + management support to rest of office team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - communicate with senior managers and staff, taking of effective and accurate minutes, creates agendas and general correspondence.
Strong people management skills - the ability to motivate, train, direct and recruit staff.
Preparation of presentation material (brochures, mood boards, etc)
Good contract administration abilities - You will demonstrate budget management, Service agreements for office machines, telephone system, IT systems, vendor negotiations and record of office overhead.
Advanced PC skills including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Network Server Maintenance & direct IT coordination and support.
Travel Management – Reservations, Itineraries, Frequent Flyer programmes, ground transportation, on-line check-in, and presentation packing within airline restrictions.
Ad hoc duties for client properties at key times throughout the year.
Skills / Attributes Required
ADVANCED PC SKILLS - ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE, MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE XP OR LATEST VERSION
GOOD ORGANISATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS
MUST SHOW INITIATIVE AND BE SELF-MOTIVATED
EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
DISCRETION TO BE APPLIED AT ALL TIMES WITH ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF AND EXTERNAL PARTIES
CAREER LEVEL- 10 + YEARS- SENIOR OR EXECUTIVE LEVEL CORPORATE OFFICE EXPERIENCE
ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE – 5+ YEARS
MANAGER EXPERIENCE – 4 + YEARS
EDUCATION – 2 + Years University majoring in Architecture, Design or Interiors
