My client requires a Band 5/6 to work within an Adult Occupational Service. To undertake reviews of complex equipment in Service Users homes, Community Care assessments and Manual Handling assessments as directed. Manual Handling experience is essential. DFG / adaptaions experiance desirable.
Car driver and owner desirable. No pool car avaliable.
You must be HPC registered.
