An Office Administrator is required for an exhibition design and build organisation located in Hertfordshire.

The role of Office Administrator is to provide basic Administration and sales support to the head office staff in Hemel Hempstead.

To carry out general Office Administration task and duties, such as: Filing, letter writing, dealing with the MD’s correspondence, aiding the production manager with quotations, updating the internal computer systems, and providing sales support to the sales team.

Sales support will be producing and sending out letters to clients on behalf of the sales team, posting out company sales brochures and information to clients, faxing and general filing duties.

To aid in the general administration and smooth running of the office by dealing with all incoming correspondence, sorting the MD’s mail and providing general administrative duties and support to the office staff, both sales and management.

Experience Required:

This role would suit someone with Administrative experience or a University leaver, looking for their first opportunity.

This will be a basic Administration role, there will be no scope to get into exhibition design within this role.

Excellent typing skills are required and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages are essential.

Excellent communication, both written and oral are required, good time management skills also.
