A highly successful security systems installation company currently has a vacancy for an administrator.
The company has been established since 1988 and specialises in the installation and maintenance of advanced CCTV and other security systems. They have an excellent reputation based on very high standards and currently deal with a large high profile client base.
Main responsibilites of this position are:
- Dealing with customers on the telephone, problem solving where possible and logging calls
- Managing stock levels and placing orders for new equipment
- Dealing with the companies engineers, assiting them with any issues or problems they may have
- Issuing quotations to customers
- Other clerical and administrative duties
The company will train the applicant on all their procedures, computer system etc.
Certain Key skills are essential:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Excellent customer care skills
- Accomplished IT skills especially with Word and Excel
- Good numeracy skills
- Organisational skills
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
The ideal applicant will possess all of the above and have previous work experience in an office environment.
