OFFICE MANAGER
Required for Marquee and Flooring Company based in West Sussex
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budget and Programme management: Organise work teams and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time.Address any potential overspend and take effective action.
General Project Management: Set up and maintain document management systems and work with internal staff and external clients to ensure smooth operation of projects.
Risk Management: Monitor issues and risks, taking pre-emptive action and make recommendations to adhere to Health and Safety criteria.
Highly conversant with relevant project tools.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Qualified to university degree level with extensive managerial experience. Must be able to work with a wide range client base and be able to manage a team of operatives.
Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), outstanding interpersonal skills and be a team player; highly organised and motivated with strong administrative and management skills.
Essential to have own transport and be prepared to travel extensively, sometimes working unsociable hours and spend time away from base office.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Annual Leave: 20 days (plus Bank Holidays)
