Due to continued success Xltec Recruitment are opening an Aberdeen office. Due to the location and expansion placs we are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join us as the Office Manager.
If you're currently working in this field and are frustrated by the lack of progression or feel as though you are not getting a big enough % of the fees you are generating then we can certainly help.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in either Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Engineering or Technical recruitment. It is not essential that you are currently in a management role at present, it is essential that you have management experience.
You will need to be extremely sales focused, thrive on the developing new business and building strong relationships with key contacts within your clients. You will have strong market intelligence, an ethical approach to the full recruitment lifecycle, excellent delivery focus and basically enjoy adding value to both candidate and client.
