Project management of contractual and commercial training programmes and manage staff resources within the administration department.
1.Project manage the administration and co-ordination of all external and internal training courses.
2.To liaise with Senior Administrator, Training Manager and Business Development Manager
3.Manage and co-ordinate timetables for Trainers/Assessors.
4.Oversee and manage the daily running of the administration department.
5.Assist in the recruitment, induction and ongoing training of new employees within the Administration team.
6.Ongoing training and evaluation for members of the Administration team.
7.Attend monthly management meetings.
8.Hold monthly administration meetings with the administration team.
9.Internal and External meetings with companies to promote products and services and promote corporate image at all times.
10.Project manage all funded programmes and audits.
11.Involvement in disciplinary and grievance procedures as and when required.
12.Involvement in personnel procedures and issues as and when required.
In addition:
*Take and answer telephone enquiries and , prioritise and action appropriately
*Inputting data (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) if required
*Undertake and copy typing of reports, papers, letters and other written work
*Maintain comprehensive and coherent systems of computerised filing for all documents produced
*Ensure good communication within the administration and training teams.
