- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Credit Control
- Payroll & PAYE returns
- Handling all queries from clients on the phone
- Ensuring all service levels are met
- Write up quotations and orders
The successful Office/Finance Manager will need to have: - A professional work ethic
- Excellent systems and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced office
- Experience of Sage is essential
- AAT qualified or equivalent
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
