Your Profile
As an Online Information Sales executive, you are a self motivated sales executive, ideally with a minimum of 18 months sales experience. You will have experience of developing new business and within a B2B sales environment, be tenacious in your new business focus and will be able to articulate yourself to an excellent standard to senior decision makers. You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent and will have a solid CV. The ideal Online Information Sales Executive will have a burning desire to learn and be trained by proven sales people who are the best in the business. You will be extremely money driven, career focused and will possess a flair for business.
The Role
The role involves selling Online Information to a defined client base. This information can come in the form of subscriptions, one off reports or consultancy. You will network through accounts identifying senior level decision makers and constantly be aware of opportunities to sell my clients portfolio of products. This role requires selling big ticket solutions ranging from £5k-150k to Senior decision makers either within the Professional Services industry- legal, tax and accountancy, Technology or the Scientific and Healthcare sector. As you will be responsible for a specific vertical market you must actively seek to develop your industry knowledge. You will work on a big, buzzy sales floor and within a team. A burning desire to be successful is key to progression within this role- a combination of determination, understanding the benefits of Business Information to your market space and hard work are vital.
