HI-tech global leader has an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Digital Marketing Manager. You will be joining a rapidly expanding & successful team working on a truly cutting edge global ecommerce website.This role will suit a creative but focused Online Marketing Manager who is looking for the opportunity to have a serious input into online marketing strategy.
You must have a strong understanding of core marketing principles and have a proven track record in the delivery of digital marketing strategies, incl. SEM, SEO, PPC, & Affiliate marketing.In addition you will have demonstrated innovative ideas embracing any Web 2.0 technology, Social Media, Interactive Marketing, Digital Media, Viral campaigns etc.
In addition to demonstrable digital marketing skills, you must be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment with a focus on delivery.Although you will be working as part of a close knit team, it is essential you are capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of your own creative ideas.Your remit may also include briefing & working closely with developers, designers, and 3rd party agencies, so strong communication skills are essential. As this is a truly global site, any international experience will be hugely advantageous.
You will be given the opportunity to work on a cutting edge ecommerce/social media site with already close to a million registered users, with the ‘simple’ remit of; growing membership; targeting new/dormant members; & upselling to premium content.There will be lots of opportunity to come up with innovative solutions, and you will be actively encouraged to be creative in your approach, whilst always remaining commercially aware & results focused.
