This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to join a vibrant team within a successful and growing company.

The role:

You will contribute to the development and management of the company's online marketing strategy in order to support and achieve overall sales targets and build market share.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development and management of an effective online marketing plan
  • Regularly reporting on campaign performance against target and providing variance analysis and revised projections.
  • Ensuring consistent quality of all online communication for alignment with corporate and branding standards.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities deliver a positive ROI in line with the company's revenue and market share targets.
  • To scope and develop new, innovative online customer acquisition channels including rich media, viral marketing a web 2.0 opportunities.
  • Further develop and manage the affiliate programme and grow the affiliate base including management of third party networks.

    Required skills, experience and competencies:
  • Online media planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • In depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and PPC marketing practices.
  • Previous relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of email marketing and copywriting techniques.
  • Proven success in executing successful online marketing within a high profile brand.
  • Proven success in managing a marketing budget to maximise ROI.
  • Good understanding of basic SEO practices.
