StepStone is seeking an adept Operations Analyst to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team here in Luton. You will work closely with the Customer Operations Director (and PMO) to establish critical policies and procedures for gathering business insight for our Customer Operations organisation.As an Operations Analyst, you will also deliver reports and analysis on the financial health and operational effectiveness of the Professional Service (PS) business, driving maximum effectiveness from pipeline analysis and ensuring the accuracy of all operational data. Responsibilities
- Managing monthly operations reviews and conducting expense and budget tracking for all departments in the PMO
- Implementing and monitoring measures to ensure a consistent approach towards project management
- Ensuring data is accurate and consistent in Atlantic Global and other agreed organisational tools
- Preparing regular reports and status summaries on issues such as utilisation, profitability, backlog, resourcing and compliance
- Executing and tracking NPS / customer sat scores at key points in the COPS customer lifecycle
- Supporting the Service Excellence team in gathering data needed for mandated projects, ensuring the requirements of analysis are built into new processes and tools
Requirements & The Individual- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- A proven track record of business analysis, with the ability to map and develop workflows and implement improved business processes
- Experience of working on technology delivery projects, supported by the ability to manage financial / accounting concepts
- A strong grasp of data gathering and analysis, including a working knowledge of MS Excel and other analytic tools
- Experience within matrix organisations, ideally in an international environment
Ideally, you will have extensive experience within a professional services organisation and an understanding of the key drivers of PS success. Additionally, the ability to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders and a willingness to travel as required will also be crucial.
