Operations Manager - Investments/Pensions - Essex
ISL is actively seeking an experienced Operations manager to join a highly successful Financial Services organisation to lead a fast growing and high profile team in the business.
The key essential experiences needed are:
Managing a team which is used to high volume processing of applications
Understanding of financial services regulatory framework and risk environment/AML/FSA/TCF
Experience of Collectives/Pensions/SIPPS/Investment Bonds - this needs to be from an individual/customer perspective, not Corporate Pension schemes.
Implementation of Change and Process improvement
Platform/IFA environment exposure.
