Position Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for 8 units, and four brands. As an Operations Manager your key responsibilities will be:

- Responsibility for the performance of Managers, Supervisors and Team Members within the business

- Enforcing a culture of excellence, with a total dedication to enforcing brand standards above the level required

- Accountability for maintaining and profitable P&L statement, through cost control and sales maximisation

- Developing, motivating and progression planning key talent

- Supporting other managers within the business and getting involved in company projects where suitable

The Operations Manager role is supported by a Director who is UK based, therefore candidates need to be confident to work independently.

Required Experience

The Operations Manager will need to come from a high volume multi-site role. Ideally candidates will come from a multi-brand background, or a strong, well recognised single brand. Key experience required follows:

- Proven track record of excellent financial results

- Evidence of talent management and people development

- A customer focused approach to managing the team

-Ability to delegate to acheive results

- Engaging people skills with the ability to influence to acheive results.
