My client, a provider of commissioning services and support to NHS Primary Care Trusts, is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Settlement and Invoice Validation (SIV) team in London office.
The Operations Manager will be specifically responsible for the operational management of the Settlement and Invoice Validation business Operations Team.
Operations Manager Key responsibilities:
- provision of professional expertise in finance/information and operational management
- fulfilling the role a s a senior finance and information resource to the SIV team
- leading and co-ordinating processes and content of all finance and analytic (clinical and non-clinical) outputs
- contributing to the development and maintenance of documentation in relation to SIV development
Operations Manager Qualification and Experience:
- professionally qualified with senior level experience in appropriate discipline (Finance or Informatics)
- extensive knowledge of NHS policy and practise
- in depth knowledge of NHS PbR (Payment by Result) systems
- understanding of the development needs NHS commissioners
- strong finance and analytical skills balanced with communications skills (verbal and written))
