Position
• This is a Senior Management role, responsible for 4 On-Sites across multiple locations, with responsibility for a geographic area covering from East & West Midlands & South of England.
• Ability to be hands on in the Sales process, whilst managing Business Development teams to identify new On-Site volume business.
• Responsibility for client retention and major accounts development.
• You will also be assisting in the Tender phase, and developing strong client relations with these major accounts and where possible increasing temp volume and identifying potential new sites/clients
• Full P&L responsibility
Requirement
• You must be of high calibre, articulate and able to demonstrate a track record in On Site/Managed Services solutions
• You will be Operational and Sales minded Business Manager, self-starter, possessing the relevant personal management skills to drive your division forward.
