ROLE - Operations Manager (Interiors/Refurbishment)
COMPANY - A well established building contractor with a presence across the regions of the UK. They have grown to a business with a turnover of circa £200m with operations across building sectors which include commercial, leisure, education and residential. They are now looking to enhance their reputation and presence within the building interiors sector of London.
PROJECTS - Fit-out and refurbishment contracts across Greater London with values ranging from £2m through to as much as £40m. These will be within sectors such as commercial offices, hotels/leisure and some residential markets.
RESPONSIBILTIES - You will report into the Board of Directors and will help to grow the business in the region. Your duties will stretch from business development and tendering throught to deliver and customer care. You will oversee a team of production and commercial staff across these projects. Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental issues will also fall under your remit.

You should ideally have experience of the London fit-out and refurbishment market having held a strategic and operational post overseeing construction from tender through to completion.
