Our clients have been established for 25 years and have their head office function based in Dorset. They manufacture and distribute their products through stores in the UK and overseas market. They have recently launched a new division for home shoppers and have an exciting new vacancy for a Home Operations Manager based at head office.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The Home Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of all operational tasks for the home channel, including but not limited to: Control of stock, stock levels, the Fourfront system software, consultant enquiries and pick pack operations. In addition the role will be responsible for regular reporting and management information.
This role is key to the success of the Home proposition and the role will be responsible for the continuously improve and performance of the channel through customer feedback and data insight, providing recommendations.
The holder will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work cross functionally. Additionally, the post holder will also need to work successfully with external contacts such as the third party warehouse and Home leaders.
