Main Duties:
* The Operations Manager will represent the Hotel in all business, to maintain and improve the reputation & standards in all aspects of the hotel
* The Operations Manager will ensure all guests, whether residents or non-residents, are provided with the highest standard of customer care and quality to guarantee guest satisfaction
* The Operations Manager will make sure SOP's, Induction and job roles are all clearly defined
* The Operations Manager will communicate the activities of the retail business in a positive way to maximise sales and to generate positive PR
* The Operations Manager will take responsibility to manage the hotel whilst on duty and be on call in the event of any emergency
