Job Title - Regional Manager
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance
Location - South East
Mackenzie Stuart is currently working with a Social care charity who specialise in supporting people with Mental Health illnesses and Learning disabilities. They require a Regional Manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities to join their team and help with the support for the services in the South East.
The role:
* You will be fully responsible for the management of 6-7 service managers and 70-100 staff and their training
* 500-1000 services users and the quality of the service level to them
* Planning and implementation of actions to improve under performing units whether through quality or financial reasons
* Responsible for the budget and expenditure and meeting financial targets
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
* Develop the services and continually improve partnerships with other agencies
* Identify opportunities for growth through business development and gathering of information of local knowledge and trend analysis
They are particularly looking for someone who can really drive the business forward and develop the services in the local areas. You will be required to have extremely good man management skills and be able to inspire a large work force to work effectively and to the best of their ability at all times.
As Regional Manager you will be required to travel throughout a large geographical area in the South East and get to the London office when required.
