Operations Manager

You will be leading a team who are all very knowledgeable in their field. You will be required to manage this team paying focus to the area's of :

- Looking at current processes

-Making recommendations on improvements

-Drive through the suggested improvements

-Mentoring / People development

We are looking for candidates that have a proven track record and ability to go into large organisations, review current processes & procedures and make recommendations where these processes can be improved and will be required to deliver these improvements.

Furthermore, you will have a proven track of good man management where you have displayed getting the best out of individuals and 100% productivity

You must be immediately available or able to start at short notice

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
