As Operations Support Manager, you will provide the Sales and Service Centre with three separate functions. The first being to manage the Order Processing Team to achieve excellence in order processing to support the Sales & Service Manager increase customer satisfaction and decrease cost for the company. Secondly to liaise with and support the sales and service teams with process, procedures, systems, tools and functionality to achieve the companies goals.
